Aquafit

A one hour in length group class involving an intense workout in the water. Class includes a variety of different exercises focused on cardio, stretching, endurance and strength. It can take place in both the shallow and deep end of the pool and is led by one instructor teaching from the deck with an additional lifeguard supervising.

Lane Swim

Drop in program where pool is open to individuals to swim lengths.

Open Swim

Drop in program where pool is open to all ages for leisure swimming. As per public admission standards children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
