RBC Raise the Grade
(13-18 yrs.)
RBC Raise the Grade is a nationwide BGC Canada program that provides opportunities for children and youth to contribute to their local Club and community. Through volunteerism, children and youth have the opportunity to influence programs and services, fund-raise, participate in advocacy roles on Boards and Councils and qualify for Scholarship opportunities through the Future Leaders program. Weekly meetings are organized and supervised by our Club staff. This program is designed to give youth a place to make a difference. Raise the Grade is available through Kids Zone and Teen Zone after school programs.
Torch Club
(10-13 yrs.)
Torch Club helps kids develop leadership skills and self-esteem in a respectful, diversified environment. The program also offers the opportunity to give back to others and gain a sense of responsibility that comes when young people make their own decisions. A small group experience monitored by an adult mentor, Torch Club serves as a launch pad for pre-teens before joining the Keystone program.
Keystone Club
(13-18 yrs.)
Keystone is our national leadership development program that provides youth with the knowledge and skills to make positive choices in their lives and make a difference in their Clubs and communities. Throughout the course of the year, Keystone participants complete at least one activity in each of the five core areas: Leadership, Teamwork, Healthy Choices, Service to Club and Community, and Learning for Life.
